3. Account Registration and Security
To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for:

- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Ensuring your contact information remains current and accurate

4. Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge and accept that cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of financial loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, operate 24/7, and are subject to rapid price fluctuations, regulatory changes, technological failures, and other risks beyond our control.
Past performance of any trading strategy is not indicative of future results. No trading strategy guarantees profits or prevents losses. You are solely responsible for assessing whether cryptocurrency trading is appropriate for your financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance.
5. Trading Authorization
By configuring and activating automated trading strategies on the Platform, you authorize Alpha AI to execute trades on your behalf according to the parameters you set. You acknowledge that:
- Automated trading operates continuously without manual intervention
- Market conditions may result in rapid execution of multiple trades
- You may incur trading fees, commissions, and other costs
- Technical issues or connectivity problems may impact trade execution
- You bear full responsibility for all trades executed through your account
6. Fees and Payments

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data, trading results, or other information provided through the Platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alpha AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of any third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws.
